The canteen of Nanning Normal University is an independent accounting department with. At present, it has a total of 5 self-operated canteens, including 1 in Mingxiu, Changgang and Wuhe campuses each, and 2 in Wuming campus. In addition, Wuhe and Wuming Campus each has one more canteen which is introduced by the college bidding to meet the diversified needs of all faculties and students. All canteens have obtained the "Food Business License" issued by Nanning Market Supervision Bureau.  

All canteens, covering a total area of 38,444 square meters, provide more than 6,000 seating arrangements at the same time. There are 347 employees in all canteens who guarantee catering service for more than 30,000 teachers and students.

The canteen has won group awards in Cooking Competition of Colleges and Universities of Guangxi many times, as well as personal gold, silver and bronze awards for chefs. More than 200 kinds of dishes are supplied every day at the food stalls of each canteen. There are additional stalls provided Siu Mei and Lo Mei, malatang, stir-fry dish, milk tea, baking goods, etc. And Wuhe canteen sets a dining hall for ethnic minority. Each canteen opens from 6:30 to 22:00.

In addition, there are small food markets and convenience stores in Mingxiu, Changgang and Wuhe canteens which offers dozens of seasonal vegetables, fruits, meat, grain and oil, prepackaged foods , daily necessity goods,etc.

The dietary department will strive for developing a relatively complete catering service system that not only guarantees basic meals, but also adds special flavors, which can meet the diversified needs of teachers, students and employees.
