The Organization Department, as a functional department of the NNNU Party Committee, is in charge of organization, cadre and talent work. It is mainly responsible for the construction of grass-roots Party cells, and the development, education and management of the Party members, and the research on Party Construction in the new era. It undertakes the selection, appointment, supervision and management, training and education of middle-level cadres and the construction of talent team.
